• Proven experience: Demonstrate your high-volume recruitment expertise and understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
• Strategic thinker: Design effective recruitment strategies and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Data-driven: Analyse data and report on recruitment performance against KPIs.
• Strong communicator: Tailor presentations and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Team player: Lead and manage a small team of regional recruiters.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Location commitment: Willing to work at the base location 2-3 days per week.
