We are looking for at least one new Recruitment Specialist to join the team and take ownership of their own clients, campaigns, and candidates.
Previous experience in recruitment is not essential but desirable.
As Recruitment Specialistyou will be:
- Working on a range of roles, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment campaigns to help our clients build brilliant teams
- Working with a wide variety of candidates to support them in finding their next brilliant role
- Actively networking throughout Greater Peterborough and further afield to share the ACR story and win new clients to support our growth plan
