Recruitment Specialist (Remote - Philippine-Based)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position is exclusively open to candidates based in the Philippines. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including databases, online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Assess candidates' resumes and profiles to align with open positions. Conduct initial screening calls to gauge suitability, interest, salary expectations, and availability.
• Interview Coordination: Manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and providing detailed interview information.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with candidates, provide timely feedback, address queries, and guarantee a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate recruitment database, tracking all candidate interactions and statuses.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and job market conditions to understand candidate needs and offer appropriate advice.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to comprehend job requirements and enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary: PHP 38,000 - PHP 40,000 monthly

Location: Remote (Open only to candidates based in the Philippines)

• No Service Contractor/Freelancer Engagement: You agree not to pursue engagement as a service contractor or freelancer with any of our clients to whom you are introduced or referred by us, without our prior written consent.
• Finder's/Placement Fee: In case of violation of the above terms (3 and 4), you agree to pay EA Virtual Assistance Services a finder's or placement fee.
