Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Recruitment Specialist at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with clients and delivering a streamlined and efficient process
- you’ll have a proven track record in recruitment, networking and client development
- have an understanding of the residential leasehold sector (not essential but desired)
- write job descriptions and adverts, use job boards and LinkedIn
- identify top industry talent, carry out pre-screening, telephone interviewing and arrange face to face interviews
- be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
- always looking for opportunities to drive performance and contribute to amazing results.
- have experience building and establishing relationships
- good knowledge in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to use a HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent IT and numeracy skills
