Recycling Operative

Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10).
Our client is a well-established waste management business and require reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste
*Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
*Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines
*Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream
*Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery
*Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area
*Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
*Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
*Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
Ideal candidate:
*Hardworking and reliable
*Able to stand for long periods of time
*Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
Shifts:
Perm Morning shifts (6am-2pm) Monday to Friday
Perm Afternoon Shifts (2pm-10pm) Monday to Friday
Perm Night shifts (10pm–6am) Sunday to Thursday
Hourly pay rate:
£10.42 Day Shift
£10.53 Night Shift
