We are seeking an inquisitive and analytical thinker who is passionate about data to join our long lived Master & Reference Data Management (M&RDM) team as a ‘Reference Data Analyst’. You will be a data professional with a technical and commercial mindset, as well as an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of the Reference Data we master for our organisation. Your work will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our data and supporting data-driven decision-making. Your role and skills will be a key to our Transformation journey which puts digital, data and the customer at the heart of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Being part of an agile delivery team focused on developing our Reference Data capability. Identify Key Reference Data, the use of which spans multiple business and functions. Create functional specifications for the data use cases within transformation program. Conduct detailed impact analysis of any changes in data, policies, and standards. Contribute to the Reference Data management process changes and enhancement. Educate and train the users on the core Reference Data concepts and assist in its adoption plan. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and enforce data quality standards. Work in conjunction with our data governance team to establish a data ownership framework for Reference Data and identify and escalate data-related issues and conflicts. Consult with data developers on data integration patterns with legacy and new technology.
Work closely with business stakeholders, data developers, business analysts, and IT teams to address data quality issues and improve data management processes. Communicate data-related findings and insights to stakeholders. Support the roadmap of our Single source of Reference Data including data management best practise and quality frameworks.

Salary: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
