Our client is now looking for a Refugee Support and Integration Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Refugee Support and Integration Officer, you will provide an excellent standard of support, advice and guidance to refugees.
Joining the Support and Integration Team, you will focus on enabling the resettlement and successful integration of refugees.
You will provide person-centred and culturally-sensitive support to our client’s tenants, alongside developing a personalised plan of support for each person and undertaking regular plan reviews.
Additionally, you will:
- Complete initial needs and risk assessments for people referred to our client
- Provide advice on housing, finance, education, employment, health and immigration
- Support individuals with their finances, care, advocacy, volunteering and employment
- Signpost to other relevant services
About You
To be considered as a Refugee Support and Integration Officer, you will need:
- Experience of working with asylum seekers or refugees
- Experience of providing advice and guidance, advocacy and culturally-sensitive support
- Experience of creating support plans and completing needs assessments
- Experience and knowledge of working with people with complex or multiple support needs
