Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Refuse Loaders on behalf of one of our clients based in Doncaster.
Salary: The hourly rate is £10.42. There is also a weekly retention bonus of £71.60 paid per week, paid a month in arrears. This is an attendance bonus and is only paid for 100% shift attendance.
Shift pattern: Tuesday - Friday between 06.45 - 7.15 starts and between 17.00 and 17.30 finish depending on the service.
Holiday pay: Accrued at 12.07% in addition to salary.

Essential Requirements:
- You must be able to demonstrate reliability, good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team
- Excellent at delivering a high level of customer service.
- Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working with waste vehicles is desirable but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
