We are currently seeking a Reg. Mental Health Nurse to join our team in South East London. As a RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Requirements (Nursing):
- Child/Adult DBS on Update Service.
- UK Passport/Right to Work (skilled worker VISA's need not apply)
- 1 year experience as a Mental Health Nurse (preferably in Res or Psychiatric setting)
- Nursing Pin in-UK
Responsibilities (Reg. Mental Health Nurse):
- Conduct comprehensive Mental Health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer psychiatric medications and provide therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and therapeutic activities.
- Monitor residents' Mental Health status and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care.
- Advocate for residents' rights and preferences.
- Maintain accurate documentation of Mental Health assessments and treatment plans
