We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients team as a Regional Account Manager covering teh M4/M5 corridor in teh South West of country in the dynamic and fast-growing paper consumables industry.

Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the assigned region.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Regularly assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to proactively position our products.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies for success.
- Customer Education:
- Provide clients with product knowledge and information to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations to key stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in the paper consumables industry of FMCG
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
