Day to Day of the role:- Manage existing and new prospects/customers
- Analyse customers’ commercial/technical requests to determine feasibility and mutual benefit
- Follow up on customer enquiries to progress towards order placement.
- Identify and develop prospects into profitable long-term customers
- Develop individual customer pricing strategies, raise and send quotations, and follow up promptly
- Maintain customer and project data in the CRM system
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain commercial, technical, and quality information and product samples.
- Visit customers and suppliers when essential, with availability to travel abroad for several days
- Advise customers on stock availability and estimated delivery times, managing urgent needs and proposing solutions.
- Coordinate with customer services and procurement regarding supply issues and inventory levels.
- Share product and commercial details with internal departments for new customer requests.
- Support management team members and perform market research as required
- Assist with customer complaints in conjunction with the Quality Manager, including liaising with suppliers
- Manage projects to ensure the achievement of time, cost, and quality objectives
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, suppliers, and other relevant parties
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales/account management.
- Proven track record of generating sales through customer development.
- Computer literacy with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
