SalaryAdvanced Logistics Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Regional Account Manager to cover the South Region for their client who is a successful leader in property damage control.
The successful candidate will need to have previous B2B sales experience and ideally have a construction or House Build background. You will be responsible for covering the South region and ideally reside near to the M40 Corridor for commute purposes only. You need to be confident building relationships with Senior level Management in order to develop and grow new and existing accounts. You will be delivering solutions to your client base in order to prevent and repair property damage.
The successful candidate will be entirely customer focused, be able to listen and understand customer requirement and deliver a solution. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic and hungry. Ideally you will have knowledge of Construction or House Build background. Working Hours Monday to Friday -
Salary 38k - 40k basic per annum
Bonus One 6KPA ( 500.00 per month based on revenue performance)
Bonus Two (Yearly over achievement bonus capped at 20K, based on company performance)
