Our client are a leading Facilities Management Service Provider who are looking to appoint a Regional Administration Manager to manage a team of FM administrators across 2 sites in Yorkshire.Key Responsibilities:
- Take on the role of a people manager, ensuring a motivated and efficient team while providing leadership and support.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in CAFM systems as well as Microsoft Office and carrying
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Line manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Engage with customers and build interpersonal relationships both internally and externally.
- Coordinate the allocation and scheduling of PPM's and reactive work orders.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in facilities management.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of the difference between PPM/Reactive/Quoted works
- Excellent IT skills with proven knowledge of CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Positive approach to work and able to work in a fast pace environment
Role Benefits
- Salary around £30,000- £35,000 (Based on experience)
- Perm, Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM
