In the role of a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Description Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify emerging markets and market shifts within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives. Provide accurate reports and forecasts for the sales department. Maintain an understanding of the company's products and services. Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback. Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues. Profile A successful Sales Executive should have: A degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Job Offer A competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 per annum. A rewarding commission structure. 20 days annual leave.
