Regional Administration Support Assistant

Supporting our Directors and Regional Administration team, you'll play a key role in making sure our regional operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will involve organisational work, data processing, analysis, proposal completion and ensuring data is secure. Naturally, you'll need to be efficient and well organised, with the ability to keep things tidy and well ordered. We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. And that means there's plenty to do in our Regional Administration team.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk in our Bathgate Office performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

This is a part time position requiring the following 20 hour shift pattern

Wednesday - 12.00pm 4.30pm

Thursday & Friday - 8.00am - 4.30pm

Your New Role:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Processing Invoices
• Ensure Reception area is tidy and presentable
• Compliance Tool e.g covering accidents and incidents packs
• Handling internal mail
• Archiving documents within area of responsibility
• Copier counts and Toner exporting
• Maintaining Noticeboards
• Other Administrational work

About You:

• Excellent communication skills with peers of all levels
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous administrational and Reception experience
• Good working knowledge of using MS Office incl. MS Word, Excel and Outlook
