Regional Administrator - Wales / Gweinyddwr Rhanbarthol – Cymru

The Education Endowment Foundation is seeking a Regional Delivery Administrator to the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role provides 12-18 months training, to develop the skills to progress into the role of Regional Delivery Officer.

As a Regional Delivery Administrator, you will provide administrative and logistical support to our Regional Delivery Team.
Supporting the National Delivery Manager and Regional Project Manager, you will ensure effective systems and processes are in place for our work.
You will support our events, meetings and trainings both online and in-person, keep governance documentation up to date, process invoices and track financial documentation.
Additionally, you will:
- Contribute to the upkeep of systems and processes
- Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries from Research Schools
- Support training sessions for Research Schools
- Contribute to the creation of resources such as our newsletter and guidance documents
About You
To be considered as a Regional Delivery Administrator, you will need:
- Experience of providing logistical and administrative support to a project or organisation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good ICT skills across a range of technologies and platforms
- Organisation and prioritisation skills as well as attention to detail
- The willingness to travel outside London and occasionally stay overnight
- Five GCSE grades C-A* / 4-9 or equivalent, including English and Maths
