SMB Regional Analyst

Telford Head Office Based (min. 3 days per week)

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm)

Do you have excellent analytical skills and enjoy transforming your findings to commercial actions that can support your sales team win new business & grow their existing base?

Due to increased growth, we have created 2 new vacancies for proactive and strategic-minded Regional Analysts to join our team.

These roles are responsible for supporting the Price & Promotions Manager within our Product and Services Department in the analysis and ongoing insights of Lyreco’s SMB (small to medium business) existing customer base and prospective customers.

Being a part of a team of 5, you will be integral to supporting our sales team with driving future growth.

As a SMB Regional Analyst your responsibilities will be to:

  • Tasked to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales, pricing strategies & methodology.
  • Analyse a regions customer base, with a specific focus on customer buying behaviour, purchasing cycles, vertical performance & engagement vs expectation. With the goal of aiding the development of regional specific sales strategies.
  • Identify & maintain customer engagement cycles within specific regions (timelines of how, who & when we should be engaging with customers to drive the best result).
  • Analyse regional environments & local situations and legislation to identify influencing factors that may impact sales, performance & engagement in the region.
  • Analysis of Regional competitors to understand advantages/ opportunities for Lyreco & inform sales strategies.

The ideal SMB Regional Analyst will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or a related field is ideal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey analysis and data to wider teams (including sales & marketing).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating efforts with various stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.
