Regional Channel Readiness Manager
Description
We are looking for a talented Regional Channel Readiness Manager to join our team in London ( though all DBU Europe locations will be considered) .
You will make an impact in the following ways:
Manages the Channel Readiness process for the Distribution Business Unit for all Value Package Introductions and New Product Introductions for the Product Business Units within the region of responsibility serviced through Cummins standard support models, excluding self-servicing model.
Provides leadership and direction to the Distribution network in achieving readiness.
Liaison with distributors in managed territory.
Responsible to deliver, maintain, and communicate Certification Requirements including readiness schedule, parts, information, tools and training requirements for all Value Package Introduction and New Product Introduction launches across the region to Distributor Channel Readiness Leaders.
Coordinates certification across the regional Distributor territories; Removes regional barriers for achieving certification; Communicates certification costs across regional stakeholders.
Ensures audit process in place and adherence to Certification Standards across the region.
Prioritizes and aligns readiness activity with training center supply and demands across the region.
Accountable for Key Performance Indicators and reporting on Capability, Capacity and Coverage to key stakeholders across the region; Monitors and reports progress against plan of regional portfolio of projects to key stakeholders.
Responsible for leading regional Service Capability, Capacity and Coverage process that includes Distribution Business Unit, Product Business Units, and Distributors to identify Channel Readiness opportunities to ensure Company business leads continuous improvement activities for the Service Capability, Capacity and Coverage process. Objectives are appropriately conveyed to channel partners.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Supervisory experience.
Leading Channel preparations to support non-standard products and using lessons learnt for such projects to develop proposal for standard support planning that should be put in place regionally.
Technically minded and detail-oriented
Fluent in English
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Business or Engineering related field required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
