Responsibilities
• Managing construction projects and effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with business partners, contractors, and vendors• Delivering construction projects on time and on budget• Participating in the pre-construction design stage of projects• Managing and assessing project variations, scope changes, and ensuring contract compliance• Coordinating building fabric, structure, and internal layout delivery• Preparing, assessing, and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations
Requirements
• Building Surveying degree/background or similar• Minimum of 3 years PQE (MRICS)• Minimum of 2/3 years experience in construction project management• Experience in commercial and industrial building project management• Understanding of current building legislation and regulations• Strong experience in Building Surveying roles including Project Management and Dilapidations• Understanding of Project Management and Construction Design and Management responsibilities• Willingness to undertake relevant Building Surveying roles and duties• Basic knowledge of sustainability and Net Zero• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project, knowledge of CAD• Experience in creating and managing budgets
