Our client supports a network of physical activity groups and they exist to provide the skills, resources and funding needed for them to become sustainable and deliver services to the young people and communities they serve.
It has never been a harder time to be a young person growing up in the UK. Poverty, crime and mental health issues coupled with youth unemployment and COVID-19, have compounded already disadvantaged communities and individuals and widened inequalities.
They support community groups that seek to remove barriers from young people’s lives to allow them to thrive against the odds.
They’re now looking for a Regional Delivery Officer to join their team in the South East on a part-time, permanent basis, working 22.5 hours or three days per week.

The Role
As a Regional Delivery Officer, you will ensure our client’s members are engaged and supported with a range of services and benefits.
As a key point of contact for their network in the South East, you will work alongside their pool of volunteer consultants to support members.
You will also develop key partnerships within the region, and deliver specific projects according to regional and organisational priorities.
Additionally, you will:
- Deliver a regional strategy for member engagement, support and recruitment
- Be the primary point of contact for members within your region
- Support the delivery of current and future member projects within the region
- Assist the development of new project ideas within the region
- Work closely with the South East Regional Manager
About You
To be considered as a Regional Delivery Officer, you will need:
- Experience of working with partner organisations and stakeholders to deliver projects and programmes
- Experience of working in a client-facing or membership support role
- Experience of administering or delivering programmes or projects to a high standard
- Experience utilising a confident telephone manner when speaking to members and stakeholders
- Experience of working in a skilled administration role
- Experience of database management and confidently using digital systems
Please note, this role will involve travel to meetings, when required.
