Regional Director

North West based, Hybrid

Full/Part-time, Permanent

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Car allowance

Tide Partnership is delighted to collaborate with a distinguished private health and social care provider specialising in catering to individuals with learning difficulties and complex care needs. We are currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to join this fantastic organisation. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished operations professional to contribute to an organisation committed to focus, while upholding exceptional standards of delivering the best care possible.

The Role

As the Regional Director, you will responsible for providing strong leadership to Service Managers and Teams, fostering an environment that nurtures their growth and enables them to perform at their best.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  1. Acting as a visible and accessible leader within your services, prioritising quality, people, and commercial aspects.
  2. Achieving financial and growth targets for the Area, as well as meeting People and Quality KPIs.
  3. Collaborating with the Managing Director and finance team to develop the annual budget, and supporting Service Managers in staffing optimisation aligned with budgets.
  4. Ensuring the maintenance of service environments, both internally and externally, to appropriate standards.

Due to the nature of the role and organisation, the successful candidate will need to travel on a regular basis across the North region. Due to the location of the services, a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.

Job Criteria - Essential:

  1. Relevant leadership experience in a similar role such as, Area Manager, Regional Manager or Area Director within the health and social care sector.
  2. Demonstrated ability to drive financial and growth targets.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of effective team leadership.
  5. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Job Criteria - Desirable:

  1. Experience with budget management.
  2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the health and social care sector.
  3. Previous experience in a hybrid or remote working environment.
  4. Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or related fields.
