Typical day as our Regional Director
- Review and align the regionaloperational plan with our strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and effectivehousing service.
- Provide dynamic leadership, fosteringa culture of excellence and transparency in customer service across theregion.
- Collaboratively work with the CustomerExperience team to make informed decisions, focusing on customer feedback andneeds.
- Oversee safety and quality throughregular inspections and compliance checks in our homes and communalareas.
- Lead proactive maintenance strategies,ensuring efficient handling of repairs and customer complaints.
- Drive a high-performance team culturethrough effective management, mentoring, and by embedding our values in dailyoperations.

Job details
- Looking after a region which coversand area from London through to the South West
- Full time, 37.5 hpw, flexible workinghours (we’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you). If you need to nip outto walk the dog or do the school run, we’re ok with that too!
- Flexible hybrid working (based fromany of our national offices) with regular travel including to the North-Eastwhere our new, state of the art Head Office is based and also working fromhome.
- A full current driving licence asyou’ll work and travel on a national basis and will be provided with a carallowance as part of your remuneration package to do that.
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check doneand we pay for that.
