Our client is a global market leader in their industry. They offer a bespoke product and service to their customer.
You will business partner the regions Managing Director and also work closely with the UK Finance Director, who will be on hand to support your development. This role has strong developmental opportunities, both in the UK & globally.
Description
- Lead on business partnering all countries within the region
- Act as a trusted advisor to key functions such as sales & marketing
- Manage overall budgeting and forecasting process and feed into the regions strategic plan
- Prepare, distribute and present monthly reporting and board pack to all relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in finance and commercial processes
- Overall ownership of the regions P&L
Profile
A successful Regional Finance Manager should have:
- A valid accounting accreditation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using tools such as SAP & Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build complex models
- Ability to travel, this role requires the successful individual to travel to the region 1 week in every month.

This role is based in Birmingham 3 days per week and has mandatory monthly international travel
