We are currently seeking a Regional HR Leader for EU and APAC who will be responsible for client groups in our Sales and Service functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with Human Resource Professionals across various countries to ensure alignment of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences practices including policy and procedural compliance across the various regions.
  • Offer thought leadership on how to create and implement the right People and Organizational solutions to execute against the business strategy
  • Mentorship and counsel of managers in enhancing their own leadership skills, develop robust succession plans, addressing concerns, and improving on opportunities to develop hard-working teams.
  • Proactively engages with leaders on evaluating, coaching and enhancing development plans of associates, evaluating broader development needs within the organization and recommending solutions.
  • Assist with defining and developing engagement action planning. Partner with leaders to improve associate engagement, supervising progress on engagement and action planning; supervise and assess associate turnover, identification of hot spot/watch list areas; and working with management to develop effective countermeasures.
  • Develop a detailed onboarding plan for new managers and internal move

Support base and variable pay processes; guide managers on compensation policies and practices. Guide managers on job descriptions, job levelling and pay recommendations at the time of hire, promotion/enhancement, and annual cycles

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • HR leadership in a global environment
  • Deep appreciation of regional employment landscape
  • Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in leading core HR processes global environment, such as annual salary & equity cycle, talent and performance calibration, organizational planning, skills gap and productivity analysis, resource planning and Organizational Development
