A Regional HR Manager is sought to oversee the HR operations in the distribution and logistics sector, ensuring effective personnel management and compliance with statutory requirements. The role is home-based and requires a candidate with expertise in managing diverse teams across multiple locations. This role requires weekly travel across Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and Bradford and some travel to Scotland.

Oversee HR operations across various locations within the region.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and employee retention.
Oversee recruitment efforts for the region, aligning them with the company's needs and promoting diversity.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making.

Profile

A successful 'Regional HR Manager' should have:

A degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in the blue collar industry.
Proficiency in HR software for reporting and analytics.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
