Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to producers to improve performance and profitability. Drive the continuous improvement of production, welfare and technical standards on the farm. Carry out routine visits and provide feedback. Review, analyse and utilise performance data reports. Check and update information relating to flock housing, depopulation and forecasts. Assist the Milling, Rearing, Green Energy and hen processing business units. Liaise with Packing centres to ensure all transactions are efficient and effective. Continuously develop and share knowledge with producers.
About you:
Essential
- Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A drive for continuous improvement. Enquiring mind to challenge and ensure a good culture. Proactive and action-orientated. Professional manner and able to take ownership. Good level of Numeracy and Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365
