We’re on the hunt for a Regional Marketing Executive to join the team in the east of England.
As Regional Marketing executive, you’ll play a key role supporting our site team to help to conceptualise, create and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions across various online and offline channels. Reporting to the Regional Director & supported by the Chief marketing officer, the role requires a passionate and creative marketeer who can manage and prioritise their workload and time effectively.
- £35,000 per annum, plus bonus

Location: East Anglia, the role will require frequent travel to all sites in Cambridge and Norfolk.

What you’ll be doing as our Regional Marketing Executive:
- Support, train & motivate your area team to create innovative campaigns suited to venue & Target customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics driving acquisition and retention across content, CRM, digital and social channels.
- Organise photoshoots & video promotions for all sites, shooting own content when visiting for socials.
- Creating press releases for new openings, special events and launching products. Create relationships with local press to boost presence within the cities.
- Manage market research and competitor analysis, report findings to Regional director and Chief Marketing Officer.
- Support new product development and new product launches.
- Support in delivering the promotional marketing activity calendar, seeing ideas through from concept generation to production and implementation.
- Create content to drive social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns in the region.
- Manage External Partnerships and Collaborations – PR, promotional, events
- Provide weekly reports on comms and social performance.
Please note that the above is only an outline of the main role and responsibilities, this is an exciting and varied role that will have additional day to day duties expected to ensure the smooth and effective day to day running in your role
What you’re like:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Marketing– a background from hospitality related business in a marketing role is preferred but not essential
- Commercially aware
- Exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and enthusiasm to internal and external stakeholdersSelf-driven, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with ability to manage own workload, prioritise and deliver against deadlines
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong ability to write creative and compelling content
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing and SEO
- Adaptable and flexible
- Strong presentation skills
- Customer focused with a ‘can do’ approach
- Good attention to detail
