Are you ready to join our highly experienced Property team dedicated to delivering one of the biggest and most successful acquisition programmes in the UK. Following an internal promotion, we are looking to hire a commercially astute Regional Acquisition Manager to manage the store strategy for the Midlands region. We are seeking someone to be the key ingredient in our store acquisition plans, smoothly navigating through the complexities of the retail property markets and combining your unique blend of multi-site experience and passion for negotiating the best deals.

A bit about the role...
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for identifying, acquiring and manging a complex property strategy for your region. Additionally you will be
- Working as part of an established and high performing team your role will be to identify & acquire a target number of stores
- Work with Property Team, Insight Team, external consultants – analyse key factors for store success in target area
- Meet the strategic property requirements, and meet brand guidelines for segment, size impact and location
- Manage and develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Multi-site and multi format store acquisition experience within a retailer and / or landlord
- MRICS Qualified preferred or equivalent experience
- In depth knowledge of UK retail and property markets
- Exposure to Franchise Operating model advantageous
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
- A team player, eager to engage and collaborate with stakeholders
- Bags of initiative and drive

Location: Remote but with regular travel in region and requirement to attend our London office on a semi regular basis.
