As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that sites and departments adhere to company procedures and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting audits, providing support to site teams, facilitating business development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Provide reports on compliance and performance against client requirements, identifying and mitigating key issues.
- Attend quality and HSEQSIM meetings to contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Offer guidance and support to site teams, assisting with initiatives and improvement projects.
- Facilitate the development of key project handover documents and address project-level challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of quality management aspects for tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
- Actively promote the Quality improvement programme, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience in a Quality position within the construction or infrastructure industries.
- A drive to continually develop their skill set within the quality space.
