Job Summary
We are recruiting a Regional Service Quality Manager for our large Care Home client within East Anglia. Our client has numerous Care Homes throughout the UK and are currently recruiting in East Anglia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Quality Manager to work with a Care Home provider with very good CQC ratings and one of the fastest growing care home providers the role will be very rewarding with many great benefits.

Job Role and qualifications
The Regional Service Quality Manager has the responsibility for maintaining high-quality care services across East Anglia. You must be able to maintain high standards of care throughout these services whilst working closely with the operations manager, care home managers and staff.
The Regional Service Quality Manager will :-
- Have experience within similar roles specifically within the care home industry.
- In depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework, including CQC guidelines.
- A proven track record of ensuring and maintaining high-quality care services
- Hold a full UK Driving License
- Registered nurse (NMC Pin) desirable but not essential
