One of my clients are looking for an experienced manager who specialises in elderly and dementia care in a nursing/care home settings. As the Regional Quality Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a number of Care / Nursing Home services in London in the hope of improving the standards of care and quality in the services. You will be supporting the Home Managers and area managers, with their roles and will report directly to the Regional Director.
The services are based across London, Oxford and Nottingham. It is essential that the chosen candidate is a driver and is happy to travel.
Chosen candidate requirements:
- Strong CQC background
- Elderly and Dementia specialist
- Driver
- Good communication and leadership skills
