Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and nurture robust relationships with existing customers (contractors) to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cultivate strategic alliances with architects and secure specifications on high-profile projects and within key industry sectors.
- Surpass sales targets while effectively managing the profitability of the territory.
- Offer consultative and technical guidance to clients on fire test certification within project specifications.
- Develop and execute strategic account management plans to maximize revenue and expansion opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to strategically position the company's solutions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate sales or business development success, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
- Will have relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across various levels.
- Will have outstanding communication and negotiation acumen, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and tenacious approach to achieving objectives and overcoming obstacles.
- Proficient in technical matters and able to grasp intricate concepts related to fire safety and project specifications.
- Work autonomously and manage time efficiently, including frequent travel within the designated territory.
