We are looking for an energetic, sales-driven Regional Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of the optical industry and a wealth of experience in the sales process to join our client across the North East. Success in this role will be highly visible and lead to further career development opportunities.

The role
This role is highly focused on new business development. You will be at the forefront of our client's business, achieving and exceeding sales and distribution ambitions, and be an ambassador and role model for the company and brand. You will nurture the lead process and educate potential clients to win them over and convert leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and execute strategic sales growth plans
- Expand the customer base and get more out of their products
- Grow long-lasting relationships by understanding needs and solutions
- Manage the new business development sales pipeline
- Negotiate sales and bonus agreements with customers
