Role:-Regional Sales (Tunnelling and Mining Sector)
Location:- Hybrid (Remote)
Salary:- £60,000 - £65,000 Depending upon experience
About the role
We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Team. As an integral part of our sales team this role is key to the on-going development of our client base and raising our footprint across tunnelling and mining industry offering the opportunity to develop and learn our own Bekaert standards, whilst forging a career with a global market leader in a niche industry.
Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager you will
Contribute to sales and profit growth through leadership and technical sales in UK and Ireland for underground construction. Establish and maintain relations in the Industry including contractors, concrete producers, designers, societies, universities etc. Technical sales include calculations in all concrete applications in underground constructions.
About You
Essential skills & competencies
- Previous experience in a Regional Sales role is essential
- Demonstrable track record in High value sales in an international B2B environment
- Account Management
- Ability to nurture, build, develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to influence decision making in order to achieve business related goals
- Experience of working within an engineering / technical industry is essential
- Capability to calculate and support on fiber reinforced concrete constructions
- Engineering Qualifications and technical knowledge are a pre-requisite for this role
