Our client is offering a basic salary range GBP40000 - GBP45000 (DOE) plus significant bonus potential c. GBP15000 (% of territory growth for both existing and new accounts).

Location: Home / Field based position Territory: South-East & South-West England

The Role

• Reporting into the UK Sales Director, the focus of the position is to develop existing relationships with safety distribution partners across the South-East and South-West region.
• You will seek to convince and energise key decision makers within the distributors making yourself the go-to salesperson / supplier for their hand protection requirements.
• This is a consultative sales position which requires a deep understanding of a distribution partners needs and their end user demands and then put forward tailored solutions to support their requirements.

The Person

• Experience working for a manufacturer / wholesaler selling products through distribution / trade accounts within the safety or tool market (e.g. Troy group members) is desirable, but we are also interested to speak with salespeople who may operate within the hygiene and janitorial market as well.
• Transferable PPE product experience would be great!
• The individual should be able to demonstrate a stable career that is still on an upward trajectory and have a minimum three-years field sales experience.
• The position requires an initiative-taker and methodical thinker who is resilient and can personally drive and deliver new business opportunities.
