Regional Service Manager – Fire Alarm
Market leading fire and security group are looking for a new Regional Service Manager to help manage and develop their service and maintenance department. The client provides an across-the-board service within the conventional and addressable Fire Alarm / fire safety sectors. They also use various electronic security systems, including Intruder alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry, however the role is predominantly working on the Fire Alarm side. The position will involve the daily management and organisation of a team of field-based service and maintenance engineers, as well as the usual client liaison, new recruitment, engineer training and development and on-going department management duties.
The ideal candidate will have held previous management level experience, 3+ years, as well as having a solid technical background, so they can assist with technical advice / assistance when needed. A confident and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills are also seen as essential for this opportunity.
