REClifts is now looking for an experienced Sales Director in the lift industry to join a well established Lift company.
Lift Sales Director Responsibilities:
- CRM management
- Sight Surveys
- Manage Sales team to execute a sales strategy that will increase branch profitability
- Ensure that sales goals are achieved, and develop relations with existing customers
- Manage all field activities for the most cost-effective results
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure sales success.
- Analyse tenders and technical inquiries.
- Compile quotes.
- Develop strategic sales plans
Ideal Lift Sales Director
- Proven experience exceeding all financial performance targets
- Experience recruiting and growing a sales team
- Goal-orientated, strong time management and organizational skills
- Can demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- 2+ years' Management experience in the lift industry - Desirable.
- Technical knowledge of lifts and associated equipment - Essential
- A proven sales record achieved from new sales and repeat business.
- An electrical or mechanical qualification and or previous experience is desirable.
- A full driving license & willingness to travel - Essential
