The Role
There now exists an opportunity for an individual to lead the delivery of their strategic and tactical customer commercial activity.
The Director of Sales Letting and Marketing is responsible for managing the functions driving the revenue of the company. The Director will be responsible for delivering exceptional Customer experience and results across the end to end functions and wider Business.
As a member of the Leadership team, the Director will be expected to take Cabinet responsibility alongside the other Leadership team members for the effective running and growth of the Business.
The Director will bring extensive experience in sales, Lettings and Marketing within high value residential environments with a track record of delivering sales and a strong end to end Customer Experience
Skills / Abilities /Experience
- Demonstrable track record within delivering effective marketing activity.
- Experienced in the sales, Lettings and Marketing of high value residential property.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential
- 10 years of proven experience in corporate leadership roles with experience as part of a leadership team.
- Experience of working in reputable, preferably ARMA or RICS regulated organisations.
- Strong understanding of the property development market and current market trends.
- Proven track record of successful team management and development.
Desirable
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. IRPM/property management related qualifications).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives.
