They are looking for an Account Executive to join their growing team and help deliver their vision.
As a Partner Support Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional customer support using your problem-solving skills to manage all day-to-day queries from their partners, including billing and metering.

Contribute to crafting event comms to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Refine requirement and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Assist finance dept to validate industry invoices to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Primary point of contact for customer support, handling inquiries efficiency.
Utilise problem-solving to pinpoint root causes and deliver clear, understandable solutions.
Resolve customer queries, managing expectations throughout the resolution process.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while prioritising customer satisfaction.
