We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Regional Service Manager to join our highly successful team, leading and driving service success within the Northern regional area.
The Role:
The Regional Service Manager is responsible for delivering high customer service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, daily management of a team of Service Technicians, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources achieved, and controlling costs whilst meeting and or exceeding contractual obligations and service level agreements within the geographic region allocated.
The position is a regional role, responsible for the Service teams within the North of the UK, including 8 direct line reports, including Service Supervisors and Service Technicians. The successful candidate must be based on the M62 corridor in the Manchester,Leeds or Sheffield areas. The successful candidate will be required to travel throughout the UK to meet the needs of the business and will need to attend our Head Office in Ashford, Kent when required.

What Are The Skills Necessary To Perform This Role?
- Proven experience managing a team, preferably in the service industry
- The ability to demonstrate and model service industry knowledge, technical competencies and product experience to develop your team and service provision
- EN16005 Accredited
- Experience in financial and budget control; ensuring cost control within the service region
- The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Health and Safety within the construction industry
