Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase regional revenues through gaining additional service and maintenance contracts.
- Build and lead a team of skilled field engineers, ensuring effective deployment and management to meet customer service requirements.
- Ensure that all service operations adhere to established service level agreements and operate within strict health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the board, providing regular performance and progress reports, while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in daily operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service engineering management role, preferably within the automated gates, doors, or barriers industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating technical teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automatic doors, gates, and barriers, with a keen understanding of industry-specific health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal team members and external customers.
