Take the Lead on Commercial Fronting (FTC)

Are you an insurance professional with experience of managing insurance fronting and/or binding authority contracts?

Then this is an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity within a major insurer, acting as technical lead in negotiation of commercial T&Cs with potential new fronting partners.

You will identify key commercial risks, corresponding controls and ongoing monitoring of risks and controls.

You will also trigger commercial audits and conduct reviews or processes and procedures following the identification of issues.

In addition, you will develop/maintain strong processes to ensure contractually agreed prices are built into premium rates and flow through correctly to Finance for payment – including reconciliation of the numbers. 

A proven track record of contractual risk management and successful contract negotiations is essential for the role.
