Regional Service Quality Manager (Care Homes)
Lowestoft, Suffolk
Up to 50,000 per year + monthly car allowance
I am working with a fabulous family-owned care home company to help them find an Experienced Regional Service Quality Manager to be part of a team that puts people at the heart of the business.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring and maintaining high-quality care services across the care home group
- Work closely with the operations team, care home managers, and staff to promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and resident satisfaction
- Monitor, evaluate and enhance Service Quality standards in line with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to care home managers to ensure compliance and the delivery of exceptional care
To be successful in this great role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or care home industry
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements CQC
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
- A full UK driving licence
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential
