Salary + package - £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
Job Overview
Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a highly reputable care provider to find a Regional Support Manager for their business. The role will involve supporting the Regional Manager in day-to-day activities covering a portfolio of homes across the Southeast. As the Regional Support Manager, you will be supporting the home managers to give them operational guidance, progressing the services and making sure the homes are fully compliant and performing well.
Candidate Requirements
- To be successful in this position, you must have worked as a Manager in the Elderly care sector previously. You can currently be working as strong Home Manager with a well performing home and are ready to step up into a more senior role, or a Regional Support Manager looking for a new change or challenge in your career
- You must have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
- You should also have experience working withing Elderly Cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.
- Have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
- Must be Clinically Qualified with a Pin or lapsed PIN
- Driver’s license
Salary
£70,000 per annum + Benefits + Package

This role is based in the Southeast and covers London and surrounding areas.
