Working with one of the UK's leading Health and Social care providers we are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Regional Trainer. The role is to ensure that the learning and development activities are aligned to the company's vision, values and a broad range of policies.
You will promote an inclusive and positive learning culture and assist in the development of Service, Regional and Organisational trainging plans.
The successful candidate will -
Have a relevant healthcare quailifcation, along with an additional teaching/training qualification. Managemenet experience within a health/social care setting is also required aliong with experience of training within the same environment.
