Essential Qualifications:

• Current RMN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Proven experience in an acute or mental health setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with compassion and calm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients within an acute hospital setting.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries.
