We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead a dedicated team at a Care Home in Dudley. This is a rewarding opportunity to enrich lives and create a nurturing community for 35 elderly and dementia residents.
As the Care Home Manager, you will oversee all operations, staffing, and compliance for an intimate, CQC-rated "Good" home. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will champion person centred care, motivate and develop our care team, and build strong bonds with residents and families.

What we require from you:
- 3+ years management experience in Care Homes, especially with elderly and dementia
- Level 5 health and social care qualification or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
- Commitment to CQC regulations and exceeding quality standards
Job Overview
- Provide dayto-day leadership and management of the Care Home operations and staff
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and industry standards
- Recruit, train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding individualised care
- Foster an inspiring, compassionate culture focused on person-centred care
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Support business growth through marketing initiatives and recruitment strategies
- Oversee implementation of policies, procedures and strategies to continuously enhance resident experiences.

Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm and any other hours which may be required. Flexibility is needed given the nature of the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
