Our client are on the hunt for their next talented Registered Manager. This for a NEW START UP domiciliary care branch in Bedford, Bedfordshire.

Main duties

• Registering with the CQC
• Completing a tender for the business
• Day to day management of the service
• Building new business
• Recruiting care staff, conducting interviews
• Setting up a new branch
• Supervising and leading a team of healthcare professionals
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
• Developing and implementing care plans for residents, including those with dementia
• Collaborating with families and healthcare providers to ensure quality care
• Monitoring medication administration and ensuring proper documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Implementing infection control measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Providing leadership and guidance to staff members

You will have full support from the national support manager, and all directors.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress!

You must

• Have a full UK license
• Hold a level 5 in leadership and management or be working towards this
• Have experience as a Registered or Care Manager
• Have a passion for care!
