Registered Care Manager

Working for an established organisation who provide support to adults and older people with learning difficulties and complex needs, we are seeking a skilled Registered Care Manager to provide strong leadership and management within a residential service in Cumbria.
This role will be ideal for someone who maybe an experienced Deputy Manager looking for their step into management or a Registered Manager seeking a new challenge. Key responsibilities will be to ensure that all care & support is offered in a person centred way and that leadership and direction is provided to all Support Workers and the Care team. You will be responsible for the overall management of a 6 bedded service in Cumbria near Workington, and be flexible to work in the service. Your experience of working with adults with learning disabilities or with older people will be invaluable as will your knowledge of working with and liaising with professional services and adhering to internal policies and procedures.
Ideally you will be a professional, self- motivated and dedicated individual who is committed to making a difference and passionate about the effective management of their service.
This role will be permanent and over a Monday to Friday 9-5pm week however flexibility is key as you will also be required to work some on call duties over a rota period.
