Are you a Registered General Nurse in Newark who's looking for an exciting opportunity to develop and further your career?
Service Care Solutions have the perfect role for you working for an Ophthalmic specialist! The role will find you assisting the consultants and clinical team in the delivery of ophthalmic care, as well as providing patients with post-operative care and conducting diagnostic tests.
Location: Newark
Job Type: Registered General Nurse
Contract: Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £30k - £40.5k (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with incoming queries from patients.
- Ensure equipment is correctly stored and assist with stock control.
- Manage theatre equipment daily.
- Adhere to NMC guidelines for Record Keeping and administering medication.
- Follow correct procedure when reporting accidents and incidents.
Requirements
- NMC registration with experience working with the CQC and within the private healthcare sector.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical/hospital setting post registration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
